  • What is an immigration consultant, and why should I hire one?

An immigration consultant is a professional specialist who has been licensed by ICCRC to represent and assist client with various immigration and citizenship issues in Canada. Certified immigration consultants get specialized education and training, in-depth study of immigration law, and must pass a rigorous comprehensive exam, complete multiple background and police checks, and attend professional development and practice management seminars on a regular basis.

Clients frequently feel that completing immigration documentation is simple and that they can do so without assistance. While this may appear to be accurate, there are many occasions where applicants make mistakes in their documentation, resulting in not only a refusal of their application, but also a prohibition from entering Canada. Did you know that we finish applications using ministerial instructions, operational manuals, public policies, and guides?

It’s not easy to find the top immigration expert in Canada. We can tell you, however, that by engaging our services, you will be bringing years of expertise, depth of knowledge, and professionalism to your interactions with immigration officials.

  • What should I expect if I pay for an initial consultation?

Prior to our meeting, we expect you to complete a pre-assessment questionnaire for your initial 1-hour session. We’ll use this form to learn more about you and the purpose for the consultation by filling out this form. Following that, you will be instructed to schedule an appointment with our Canadian expert, sign the initial consultation agreement, and pay the consultation cost. As requested, we will email you an invitation link to our virtual audio/video meeting.

  • What happens if I decide to retain an immigration consultant?

When hiring an immigration consultant, there are usually three processes involved. Step 1: Pre-assessment and consultation, during which we will provide you with a customised immigration plan. Step 2: Filling up a retainer agreement and submitting all necessary paperwork. Step 3: Read through your application, sign it, and submit it. Our goal is to make your immigration process run as smoothly as possible.

  • Many countries across the world have various immigration programs. Why should I choose Canada?

Canada is unique in terms of its quality of life and the services it provides to its citizens. Since 1971, Canada has embraced multiculturalism as a national government policy, honoring the diverse cultures of immigrants while safeguarding the country’s legacy. Canada’s free healthcare system, world-class education, and creative work prospects are also well-known.

One of the features that distinguishes Canada from other countries is the government’s investment in resources to assist newcomers in settling and establishing themselves in the country. One Milestone To Canada Immigration Services provides complimentary check-ins with our clients to assist them in settling into life in Canada after they arrive.

Needless to say, having a Canadian passport permits you to travel across the Commonwealth without having to apply for a tourist visa. It is unquestionably your doorway to the rest of the world.
